254 SMo Super SS Tube Pipe (also recognized as UNS S31254, 1.4547, or X1CrNiMoCuN 20 18 7) is a top-tier austenitic stainless steel specially formulated to resist severe corrosion in environments rich in chlorides. Its 6-7% molybdenum content makes it highly resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and general corrosion often encountered in seawater, brackish water, and industrial chemical settings.


This stainless steel tube offers a robust combination of mechanical strength (yield strength approx. 300 MPa and tensile strength up to 650 MPa) and excellent fabrication properties including weldability, making it suitable for critical piping, tubing, and heat exchanger applications.
